The information was dug up during the raid on the compound of Osama, and how the SEALS found plans for Train destruction, that would cause hundreds of injuries, or even deaths. This was to be done in Anniversary of the 9/11 Attacks. Websites and schematics, were captured shortly after the raid, for the planned attacks, possibly similar to the ones on Madrid, and London.
